With house music at its core, CMT’s original style is backed by rich storytelling and precise skills, and has garnered unwavering support from the dance music scene. He has hosted parties such as POWWOW @ COMPUFUNK, GARDEN @ club MAGO, and joined GALAXYDISCO @ DEBRIS as a resident DJ, and many others in Osaka, Nagoya, and Tokyo. His activities have not only been limited to domestic parties and festivals, but he has also performed in USA: BURNINGMAN in Black Rock Desert, Australia: Byron Bay, Melbourne, Brisbane, UK: London, Russia: Vladivostok, Vietnam: THE OBSERVATORY in Ho Chi Minh, Hoi An, China: TAG in Chengdu.
He has released original/remix 12″ and mix CDs on various labels including BLACKSMOKER RECORDS, GRASSWAXX RECORDINGS, AVEX ENTERTAINMENT, and CHROME EDITION.
Since 2005, he has been releasing a series of mix CDs on his DIY self label SBM recordings, which has gained tremendous support from a wide range of people.
In 2018, he established a lifestyle label, PHANTOM MUSIC, and a private studio, CHRISTMAS STUDIO in Nagano, and is currently releasing a collection of works and merchandise under the ambient alias project CHAM.
