Formed in Fukuoka, Japan in 2015, KULAGE is a DJ duo consisting of STANLLIE and BARBIE.

Rooted in techno, their sound fuses groovy basslines, intricate rhythms, and emotional melodies into tightly unified DJ sets. After relocating to Tokyo in 2022, they have performed across a wide range of venues—from intimate underground clubs to large-scale spaces—and currently host their own techno parties at WOMB Tokyo (4F) and Z Maruyama.

Internationally, KULAGE have played in the UK, Croatia, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Taiwan, earning strong recognition within the global club scene. As producers, they have released music on respected labels such as Tronic and Unity Records, achieving high rankings on Beatport charts. Their tracks have received support from leading artists including Christian Smith, D-Unity, PAN-POT, UMEK, and Holen, firmly establishing KULAGE’s presence on the global techno circuit.
