
RYO TSUTSUI
Founder of ORIZURU / EN FESTIVAL.
He has launched popular party brands such as EDEN and WEEKEND WARRIORZ, and has performed in a wide range of cities including Ibiza, Berlin, New York, Amsterdam, Santiago, Melbourne, Bali, Hong Kong, Taipei, Bangkok, Macau, and Seoul.
He won the club event competition “RED BULL NIGHT MASTER” hosted by Red Bull, as well as the DJ contest “PARAGONICA.” He has also been involved in the production of major festivals such as StarFes and Hacienda. In 2019, he opened and produced his own club ORIZURU in Shinjuku, Tokyo, demonstrating a broad and influential presence across the scene.
In music production, he released Tokyo EP in 2012 on New York–based label EON5, followed by releases on Japan’s Housetribe Recordings, Bass Works Recordings, and Totem Traxx, as well as Croatia’s Audiometric Records and the Netherlands’ Aenaria Tribal.
In 2021, he launched a new project, EN FESTIVAL, holding a pre-opening event at ageHa, Japan’s largest club. In 2022, he organized a three-day festival at Nasu Highland Park, the largest amusement park in Northern Kanto.
In October 2023, he appeared at ADE (Amsterdam Dance Event) in the Netherlands as part of a collaboration event with the Japanese radio program SENSOR. In 2024, he released his track “Where Is the Fresh Beat?” on the legendary Chicago label TRAX RECORDS, which played a pivotal role in the birth of house music.
In 2025, as an evolution of EN FESTIVAL, he launched ORIZURU, a Tokyo-based tech- house label, continuing to draw attention with his dynamic and forward-thinking activities.
