Since launching her party Traffic Jam in 2022, each edition has continued to grow in energy and excitement. At the third edition, meteo—known for the Brightness and Re:birth collaboration—also joined, creating an atmosphere far beyond what is typically expected in a club setting. SHELLY has been active both as an organizer and a DJ.

She has quickly begun performing at major clubs and sound bars across Tokyo, including WOMB, VENT, and débris, and made her outdoor debut at Brightness in October. Drawing on the experience she has absorbed through her journey, SHELLY is a rising DJ known for her strength in techno and deep techno.
